aryiaTM is built on Microsoft LIUS, an Industry-leading, high performant machine learning-based service designed to identify valuable information in conversations, LUIS interprets user goals (intents) and distills valuable information from sentences (entities), for a high quality, nuanced language model. LUIS integrates seamlessly with many popular conversation platforms and enables user a natural and rich conversational experience which adds sophistication to ariyaTM service.
ariyaTM currently supports MySQL but can easily be ported to a SQL database like Oracle, or another NoSQL database like MongoDB or Postgres.MySQL database is an Oracle owned DBMS that is highly scalable and performant. It is an excellent fit for designing fact and dimensions tables and designing a schema optimized for read queries.
The ariya™ app is a HTML5 application that has mobile first design. It is easy to maintain and integrate with third party services. It has a very small footprint and is easy to deploy and run.
ariya™ can be run as an independent mobile/web application or ariya™ can also be integrated with other conversational platforms (Google assistant, Skype Business (text only), Slack (text only), Cortana, etc.)
ariyaTM infrastructure is already certified and confirmed to meet international compliance standards for data security Like GDPR, ISO 27001:2013 and GDPR. The data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and all communications between services happen over SSL. All network traffic is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS). The data can be accessed only by authenticated users to ensure that data access is controlled and secure. ariyaTM has an SAML 2.0 based single sign on integration with the client IDP for end-user authentication and authorization. Vulnerable areas, though very minimal, are plugged after relentless verification and verification to make ariyaTM secure for use.
